Renovation of a fitness recreation centre in Manchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness recreation center. The City of Manchester Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids This project includes work in the weight room of an existing recreation facility. Work includes the removal and replacement of flooring and wall base. New flooring and wall base shall be rubber products. The contractor shall be responsible for moving and relocating sports equipment on site as necessary to complete the work. Work shall include all prep, trim and accessory work as required for a complete, finished floor system in the affected areas.
