Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Manchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

**As of January 11, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner for the removal and replacement of roofing at the Manchester Recreation Center. This project includes roof assembly tear-off and replacement and related roofing accessory work for an existing recreation facility. New roof membrane shall be TPO. Additional work includes the replacement of exhaust systems for a chemical and an acid room serving an indoor pool. All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders. Alternately, the bidder may provide a certified check in the sum of 5 percent of the Bid Amount. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor Licensing Act of 1976 (T.C.A. Title 62, ch. 6). No bid will be opened unless the sealed envelope containing the bid provides the following information: the contractor's license number, the date of the license's expiration, that part of the classification applying to the bid, and other information required by law. In the case of joint ventures, this information must be provided by all parties submitting the bid. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
