Purpose: To provide janitorial services for the Department of Public Safety at the Willmar Driver License Exam Station, 1301 E Highway 12, Willmar, MN 56201. The vendor will provide labor only. All equipment and supplies will be provided by the agency. Questions. Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Nick Schroetter at nicholas.schroetter@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than 3:30 PM on December 6th, 2022. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. For questions about the SWIFT Vendor Supplier Portal, please contact the Vendor Help Desk at 651-201-8100, option 1, and option 1 again. The contract term will begin on December 8th, 2022, or on the date of contract execution, whichever is later, to December 7th, 2023, or 12 months after the date of contract execution, with the option to extend up to 12 months, upon agreement by both parties. All Terms & Conditions (attachment) apply to this contract. Requirement to read document. Sales Tax: Monthly bids must include all taxes. Direct pay tax does not apply with this contract. Contract vendor will be responsible to pay tax. This is a formal solicitation. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal.
