Renovation of an educational facility in Waterloo, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Intent of this Tender is to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders to renovations to the existing elementary school, for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of CCDC 2 - 2008 with Supplemental Conditions, in accordance with all Bid Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Contract"). ONLY prequalified General Contractors may bid on the project. Subcontractors wishing to participate are encouraged to contact the above-noted prequalified General Contractors.
