The Kentucky State Capitol ANNEX project Bid Package 02 consists of interior renovations of the Capitol Annex. Trade Categories (TC) Bidding in Bid Package 02: ANX-TC02A - General Trades ANX-TC02E - Electrical ANX-TC02M - Mechanical Please Contact the Construction Manager, Messer Construction Company, no later than December 9th, 2022 via email: jwarren@messer.com with any questions. A Payment and Performance Bond shall not be included with the bid. If the bidder is not approved for participation in the SDI program, then the bidder will be required to furnish a proposal to add a 100% P&P Bond. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders and/or General Conditions. Performance and Payment bonds shall be obliged in favor of Commonwealth of Kentucky and Messer Construction Company. A 5% bid bond is required with the submission of the form of proposal. This project is NOT exempt from State and Local Sales and Use Tax. All applicable taxes will apply and shall be included in the Bid. Messer Construction reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth of Kentucky may be served.
