Temporary traffic control shall include signs, barricades, flaggers, and other traffic control devices necessary to safely control vehicle and pedestrian access around the work site. Any minor items of labor or materials not specifically noted in these Special Provisions or in the construction documents which are necessary for the proper completion of the work described will be considered incidental and are to be included in the contract.
