As of December 22,2022 “The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” The Port of Clarkston is seeking proposals for construction management - technical support and Vetro Fiber mapping for its Fiber-to-the-Home project for Grantham Elementary Service Area Fiber-to-the-Home from interested parties. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully - properly and timely carry out all of the obligations described in the RFP. Decisions will be made on qualifications and cost. Rejection of proposals may occur if a bidder is not responsible or responsive or has a conflict of interest. All firms must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business and must not be debarred or suspended. The Port of Clarkston is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. This project is funded through the Washington Department of Commerce with federal funds from the U.S. Treasury Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund. Small - Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids.
