The Village of Fruitvale is a community with a population of less than 25,00 and was awarded a 50% cost-sharing grant from the Province of BC for development of an Active Transportation Network Plan (ATNP). The Village seeks a qualified consultant to prepare the ATNP in consultation with the Village and other regional stakeholders. The project will develop an active transportation network plan for the Village of Fruitvale which aligns with the Village's Official Community Plan and Council's Strategic Vision for safety, accessibility and healthy living. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason, or to accept any proposal in whole or in part on the basis of the proposals received which the Village, in its sole unrestricted discretion, deems to be the best value for the Village. Proposals will be received and reviewed that address only part of the scope of work identified herein. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
