A selection committee meeting will be held on January 6, 2023, at 10:00 AM for the purpose of reviewing proposals and preparing a shortlist. If deemed required by the selection committee, the shortlisted fir. may participate in presentations/interviews followed by another selection committee meeting to prepare the final ranking on January 13, 2023. The final ranking will be presented to the Canaveral Port Authority Board of Commissioners for approval at the January 25, 2023, regularly scheduled commission meeting. The selection committee meetings will be held in the Conference Room of the Maritime Purchasing Center, 399 Challenger Rd., Cape Canaveral, Florida and will be open to the public. It is anticipated that only one firm will be selected. The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the proposal that best serves the Owner.
