The St. Louis County Department of Transportation and Public Works is requesting the services of a well-qualified consulting engineering firm to perform professional engineering services for the following project under an engineering services contract: BIG BEND SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS), in accordance with RSMo. 8.285 through 8.291, will be used to determine the successful respondent. Note, the 15% incentive credit defined in SLCRO 107.071 Section 3 is not applicable to the selection process for this contract. This contract provides for design and plan production for signal design along Big Bend Boulevard from Shrewsbury Avenue to Delmar Boulevard. Along with ADA-compliant signal upgrades throughout this corridor, full signal replacements are planned at the following intersections: Oxford Boulevard, Rannells Avenue, Folk Avenue-Bruno Avenue, Dale Avenue, Wise Avenue, and Delmar Boulevard.
