For the purchase of Hot Mix (by the ton) for the year 2023. Bid period will run from January 01, 2023 through December 31, 2023. If materials, which would render useless for the purpose for which it was sold, the Police Jury reserves the right to purchase from the next low bidder. All bids should be marked as such on the envelope. Also, company name must appear on outside of envelope. Trucking expense will be factored into bid acceptance at $1.50 per mile. Bidders must include in their proposal a separate statement setting forth any and all preferences to which they claim to be entitled. Also, if any preferences are listed, the name and location of their manufacturer must be stated. The Police Jury reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all bids.
