Farm 4 Reuse Expansion - Steel Fabrication Port of Morrow will be acting as the General Contractor for this project. Work consists of: Steel fabrication & coating of manifolds per specification delivered to the site Port of Morrow reserves the right to award or reject for good cause, any or all bids, or to postpone the award of the contract upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279a.120. The bidder is subject to all requirements regarding the payment of Prevailing Wage Rates per Public Works Project ORS 279c.800 to 279C.850. Work consists of: Irrigation Manifolds bid to include materials, offsite steel fabrication, valves, coatings and delivery to site No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre- bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be requested by email at bids@portofmorrow.com or in writing and addressed to Port of Morrow, P. O. Box 200, Boardman, OR 97818 and to be given consideration must be received at least 48 hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. . Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be e-mailed to all those following the project. Failure of any bidder to receive, acknowledge and confirm receipt through the bids@portofmorrow.com of any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents.
