Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Century Boulevard is a north-south collector with no direct connection between E Main Street (formerly Baseline Road) and SE Borwick Street. This project will construct a three lane facility between E Main Street and SE Lois Street, including a new segment of roadway between E Main Street and SE Borwick Street, a bridge over Rock Creek, and realignment of the roadway between SE Ariel and SE Lois streets. Additional improvements include continuous sidewalk and bicycle facilities, street lighting, and storm drainage upgrades. Once completed, Century Boulevard will provide access between residential and commercial areas. As of December 5, 2022, was estimated to be completed in July 2022. Further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
