Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Hillsboro seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide repairs to NE 12th Avenue storm system. Repairs include replacing the existing public stormwater infrastructure located within the public right-of-way. The NE 12th Avenue Storm System Repair Project will replace all existing public stormwater infrastructure located within the NE 12th Avenue public right-of-way. The work includes replacing 786 feet of new storm pipe as an open trench repair, replacing (7) inlets and (5) manholes, and adding (1) new filter vault. The project will also perform some miscellaneous sidewalk, driveway approach, and curb ramp repairs. There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB.
