Renovation of a municipal facility in Tupper Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Alvion Group is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Womens Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) Subcontractors for DASNY Project: Reinsulation of Basements/Crawlspaces and Asbestos Abatement - Phase 1 at the OPWDD Sunmount DDSO facility in Tupper Lake, NY The possible trades we are looking to subcontract to M/WBE & SDVOB Subcontractors include: Insulation Work is scheduled for basement and crawlspace areas of Phase 1 - Buildings 4, 5, and 12 and localized areas in Buildings 1 and 2. Project includes the installation and maintenance of a temporary steam/heat system for temporary mechanical system isolation and shutdowns, asbestos abatement with enclosure of soil floors, and re-insulation of pipes after abatement.
