Delivery of the Proposals shall be at the developer's/builder's expense. The time of receipt shall be considered when a proposal has been officially documented by the Department, in accordance with its established policies, as having been received at the location designated above or the time of submission on . The City of Nashua accepts no responsibility for mislabeled mail. Any and all damage that may occur due to shipping shall be the Developer/builder's responsibility. Highly Acceptable: A proposal that identifies a Project Team with five (5) years or more experience in development consistent with the nature of the proposed Project, and, capable of completing the Project successfully and expeditiously, as demonstrated by the Proposer's track record in developing several high-quality developments, including but not limited to, properties of similar scope and size; possess the necessary licenses and qualifications to perform the work; highly favorable references for the Proposer and all members of the Project Team; and established working relationships between the Proposer and other members of the Project Team.
