Concrete Panel Replacement Project 2022 - 4912292

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ada, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of January 13, 2023, project was awarded to MTZ Construction. The start date will be in the Spring when the weather is better and still to be determined. The City of Ada, Oklahoma and its agencies/authorities herein called (BUYER) will receive SEALED BIDS as listed above at which time said bids will be opened and read aloud. The City is seeking a qualified and competent vendor to completely repair street by removing specified existing concrete panels and replace with new concrete panels in the following locations (Construction locations are marked on street surfaces, and the addresses listed are only an approximate point of reference): Timber Terrace, from #2410 Timber Terrace Street to SE County Road (Approximately 1,888 square yards, 1,074 linear feet of Integral Curb and 365 square yards of Solid Slab Sod). Stephanie Circle, West end to Mayfair Way (Approximately 1,331 square yards, 200 linear feet of Curb & Gutter and 67 square yards of Solid Slab Sod). Bloomfield Loop, from #3731 to #3806 Bloomfield Loop (Approximately 397 square yards, 310 linear feet of Curb & Gutter and 97 square yards of Solid Slab Sod). West 24th Street, from W. #905 to W. #828 24th Street (Approximately 766 square yards, 504 linear feet of Integral Curb and 148 square yards of Solid Slab Sod). Total project estimated quantities consist of 4,382 square yards of pavement surface, 1,578 linear feet of Integral Curb, 510 linear feet of Curb & Gutter and 677 square yards of Solid Slab Sod. Rates for liquidated damages for this project will be $500.00 per calendar day
