A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site, at 11 a.m. on January 6, 2023. Persons interested in visiting the site shall contact A.J. Ahmad, at (618) 302-1398. A. Base Bid: Work covered by contract documents: Scope of project includes full tear off and replacement of roof area 5 (approx. 10,950 sf) and the restoration of roofs 3 (approx. 1,050 sf) and 4 (approx. 4,470 sf) at Richland County Middle School. B. Unit Price #1: Removal and replacement of wet roof materials The project consists of: Scope of project includes full tear off and replacement of roof area 5 and the restoration of roofs 3 and 4 at Richland County Middle School. The Architect will not receive bidder's questions after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 12, 2022 unless the bid opening date is changed by addendum. Pending receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the Contractor will have access to the site no earlier than 7:00 a.m. on June 5, 2023. We, the undersigned bidder, will fully complete all Work by 7:00 a.m. on August 7, 2023.
