Project Description: Franklin County Government Center Accessible Entrance Improvements This project includes construction of a new accessible parking area and other accessibility improvements. Work includes demolition, ear thwork, concrete sidewalks and curbs, retaining wall, drainage, lighting, and landscaping. Location- 1010 Franklin Ave Brookville, IN 47012 No bid bond will be required. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one-hundred twentyfive percent (125%) of the contract price before commencing work. The Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall remain in effect throughout the entire construction period and in addition a Warranty Bond in an amount of 10% for a period of three years from the date of final completion will be required. Each bidder shall be required to complete all documents listed in the Checklist for Bidders Each bidder shall be required to complete the Bid Form included with these documents Franklin County, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding and to make an award in the best interest of the County No bid or bid security may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty ( 6 0 ) days .
