The Town of Brewster is requesting Architectural/ Engineering proposals for analysis and identification of potential approaches, a conceptual design, and an order of magnitude cost estimate for replacement and/ or rehabilitation of the existing maintenance facilities for the Captains Golf Course, including evaluation and report on the existing maintenance and equipment storage buildings, chemical storage, fueling facility, and equipment wash area. The Owner will make available 50 scale GIS plans of maintenance facility areas, as well as available information on existing buildings, fueling facility and chemical storage, to assist in proposal preparation. Proposers are required to sign a town contract if selected to perform the work. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and qualified bidder who can supply the needed consultant services at the best price within available funds. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all quotes, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
