Contract Award Date: Mar 08, 2023 Contract Award Number: W911N223D0016 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: NVN2DFEK39K5 Contractor Awarded Name: M3T CORPORATION Contractor Awarded Address: Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-5564 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $440,360.38 General: 1.1 Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform maintenance and any requested repairs to Lenel OnGuard in various buildings throughout the depot as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. 1.2 Background: The Lenel OnGuard System located throughout the depot is a vital part of mission support for the installation, ensuring safety, security, and access control. The Lenel OnGuard system is made up of various components including, but not limited to access control boards, Command Keypads, Card Readers, High Security Balance Magnetic Switch (BMS), Passive Infrareds (PIRs), Automated Key Boxes, Duress Buttons, Intrusion Detection Systems (ISC), Input Panels, Led Indicators, Active Badges, Access Levels, and Lenel OnGuard Software v7.3. Following is a breakdown of the system: Access Levels: 485 Access Panels: 64 Segments: 7 Cardholders: 3144 Hardware Panels: 66 Monitor Stations: 10 Monitor Zones: 15 Video Cameras: 55 Video Servers: 1 Readers: 315 Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be one (1) Base Year of 12 months and two (2), 12-month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: 1.3.1 Base Year: TBD 1.3.2 Option Year One: TBD 1.3.3 Option Year Two: TBD POP 12-MAR-2023 TO 11-MAR-2024 2. Annual Representations and Certifications: In accordance with FAR 4.1201 Policy, Offerors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications within SAM as part of required registration. Registration in this database shall remain active and can be accessed at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration. 3. Questions: Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, in writing, at least 5 calendar days prior to the closing date.
