As of June 13, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to for the renovation of existing public restrooms, community room and adjacent storage / staff work rooms. Note, no additional square footage will be added to the existing building. Work includes, but it is not limited to, removal of CMU privacy walls, roofing, roof structure, seismic anchorage and associated materials, gyp bd ceilings, plumbing fixtures, piping, floor drains and accessories, light fixtures and associated switch plates, concrete slab, wall and floor finishes in restrooms, all windows, window screens and frames, all doors and frames.
