The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority solicits fee schedules from appropriately licensed contractors to contract for On-Call Material Testing and Inspection Services at Hollywood Burbank Airport. Please review the attached solicitation package as well as all Special Notices in their entirety for all requirements. Submissions must be uploaded electronically via PlanetBids and must be valid for 120 days from the due date. All questions must be submitted through the PlanetBids Q&A tab no later than November 29, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Documents must be uploaded in PDF format. It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure their proposal documents are properly uploaded onto the Airport Authority's online bid management system. Proposals that are missing pages, cannot be opened, etc. may be considered unresponsive. Contract Term shall be for a three (3) year period, with an optional two (2) one year extensions.
