Site work for a golf course in Lorton, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
This project includes building tees on hole # 4, #5, and #10. Hole #1 Re-align, fill, and extend the rear tee back and remove the cart path spur. The Driving Range Re-Grass (5) target greens with estimated sizes of 2,000, 2,200, 3,000, 3,900, and 5,000. Five percent bid bond or certified check must be submitted with the sealed bid for all base bids over $500,000. The bid bond or certified check shall be for 5% of the bid. All bids and bid bonds shall remain valid for ninety (90) days. Performance and Labor and Material Payment bonds shall be required of the successful bidder for all contracts awarded over $500,000. Questions concerning this project shall be directed to Jake Bumbrey, Project Manager. All questions regarding the project or bid shall be in writing via email to jbumbrey@nvrpa.org or mailed to the NOVA Parks Headquarters. All interested Bidders should formally register with the NOVA Parks by contacting Kiley Christian via email at kchristian@nvrpa.org.
