The City of Kaw City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.) A 5% bid bond or a cashiers check in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required to bid on this project. Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifications or revisions, so as to reach the office designated in this solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation. Any proposal, modification, or revision received at the office designated in the solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of offers is late and will not be considered.
