Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; power facility; power facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The City of Hubbard is requesting qualifications from a professional firm to provide general engineering and planning services. Professional services may include, but are not limited to: planning and funding procurement, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection and treatment, storm sewer collection and green infrastructure, electric distribution, subtstation, electric planning, roadway, traffic, and culvert improvements, environmental services, geographical information systems, municipal building(s), general consulting and technical advice, private development plan reviews, planning and zoning support, survey, preliminary studies, preparation of plans and specifications, construction administration, and construction supervision and any other relevant projects or services as deemed necessary by The City of Hubbard. The City of Hubbard will evaluate and rank responding firms in accordance with ORC Section 153.65-73. The City shall enter into negotiations with the most highly ranked firm for each applicable project. All submittals shall be limited to twelve 8.5x11 pages with twelve-point font. A page shall consist of one side of a sheet of paper with text, graphics, etc. Submittals shall include: 1) Letter of Interest and History of Firm (2 Page Maximum) 2) Key Personnel (4 Page Maximum) a. Identify the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager who will serve as primary contact on a day-to-day basis and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. b. Identify other key staff members by name, title, and years of experience with brief resume including professional certifications. 3) Qualifications and Experience (5 Page Maximum) a. Provide availability of the assigned staff, description of similar projects, and firms resources including staff and equipment. 4) References (1 Page Maximum) a. Provide a minimum of three (3) references that Hubbard may contact. Special Conditions 1) The City of Hubbard shall not be liable for costs incurred in preparing this Request for Qualifications. 2) The City of Hubbard reserves the right to accept or reject any and all qualification packages. 3) All proposals received shall become property of the City and shall become public record.
