Two altemate bids include up to an additional 10 lead or galvanized water service lines for replacoment depending upon availability of funds. The project is partially funded hrough an H2Ohio Grant with an Ohio EPA WSRLA loan. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible lor full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if ani, obtained from sourcgs other than the lssuing Otfice. Each bidder musl be a registered plan holder with ms consultanta, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. All requosts tor interpretiations of the moaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents must be rscsivsd at least six davs prior to the bid opening for consideration.
