Through this Request for Qualifications (this "RFQ"), the Housing Authority of the Town of Glastonbury (the "GHA") is accepting proposals from qualified architectural firms (each a "Respondent") that can provide high-quality, professional assistance for on-call architectural services which shall include mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering (MEP), structural engineering, civil engineering and landscape architecture, energy modeling, interior design, construction cost estimating, and master planning services (each an "On-Call Architectural Team"). The GHA envisions selecting up to three On-Call Architectural Teams to provide services for new multifamily development(s). The GHA currently operates programs under, and anticipates seeking new funding from, any combination of the following agencies: the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority ("CHFA"), the Connecticut Department of Housing ("DOH"), and/or the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development ("HUD"). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
