The purpose of this request for proposal is to seek out qualified Energy Consulting Firms and/or other qualified consultants to support and guide the District in the purchase, oversight, and management of its energy needs, specifically relating to Natural Gas and Electricity. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor, but Jordan School District (JSD or District) reserves the right to award multiple contracts with multiple consultants. No subcontracting of any work is allowed under this bid/contract without prior approval. The successful bidder will not be permitted to either assign or underlet the contract nor assign either legally or equitably, any monies hereunder, or its claim thereto, without the prior written consent of JSD. This RFP is designed to provide interested proposers with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Proposers are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement Q & A deadline: Dec 29, 2022 2:00:00 PM EST The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
