The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. Region 4 Education Service Center ("Region 4 ESC") requests proposals from qualified suppliers with the intent to enter into a Contract for Energy Solutions. Contractor shall provide timely and accurate technical advice and sales support to Region 4 ESC staff and Participating Agencies. Contractor shall respond to such requests within one (1) working day after receipt of the request. Energy Solutions could include but is not limited to: o Battery energy storage systems o Energy transition services o Energy As A Service (EaaS) o Fleet Electrification o E-mobility energy management solutions o Infrastructure asset management, utility solutions, grid modernization, and other solutions to improve Participating Public Agencies undertaking sustainable and inclusive development o Energy savings performance contracting products, services, and solutions o Comprehensive turn-key energy solutions where the cost of the improvement may be paid for by documented energy savings and/or operational cost avoidance in existing and future budgets guaranteed by the Contractor o Renewal and energy storage solutions (e.g. solar photovoltaic, wind or water) o Integrated Digital Platforms (Connected Devices, Edge Control, Analytics & Services) Project has been cancelled.
