Renovation of a water / sewer project in Millwood, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town of New Castle is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of two (2) Desiccant Dryers to be installed at the Town of New Castle Millwood Water Treatment Plant. Proposals must include the removal of existing Henkel/Emery units and installation of new units, plumbing connections, attachment of units to concrete pads, and equipment start-up and commissioning. The Town will provide electric connection. Bid price shall include the services of a factory trained representative for a period of not less than four (4) hours to instruct Water Plant personnel in the proper operation and maintenance of the Desiccant Dryers. The Town Board of the Town of New Castle reserves the right to waive what it deems to be informalities relating to a specific bid, to waive what it deems to be technical defects, irregularities and omissions relating to a specific bid, to reject any or all bids, to request additional information from any bidder, to re-advertise for new bids or to accept the whole or part of any bid which in the opinion of the Town Board is in the best interest of the Town of New Castle
