Site work and paving for a civil project in Fresno, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Scope of Services Services will include preparation of necessary plans, specifications, estimates, necessary utility relocations and utility coordination and environmental document preparation. In general: o Participate in coordination meetings with City Staff o Community Engagement and participation in Community Meetings o Conduct site investigation in order to prepare construction documents o Provide Geotechnical testing as required o Prepare and maintain design and construction schedule o Prepare all required CEQA documentation. The City will provide formal notification, pursuant to AB 52, to designated contact or tribal representative of traditionally and culturally affiliated California Native American tribes for tribal consultation, prepare a Notice of Intent to adopt, perform all required CEQA postings and noticing and prepare the notice of Determination. o Prepare construction plans, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates at each phase of work identified in the consultant agreement o Submitting construction documents for review to City offices, utilities/agencies, and obtaining final signatures on construction documents o As part of the construction phase and general construction contract administration, attend the pre-construction conference, review shop drawings and other contractor submittals, provide clarification of construction documents during construction, review and provide technical information for construction contract change order request if necessary, and perform as many as two site visits during construction.
