Renovation of a hospitality development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
For all trades EXCEPT Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, Roofing and Demo/Abatement for the Parkway Inn Repair & Rehabilitation project for the Fresno Housing Authority in Fresno, CA. Project consists of an interior remodel of an existing 66-unit motel, to convert to living units including 10 converting to ADA units. Includes demo, abatement, new finishes and fixtures. This project is subject to MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE Business preferences! Please indicate on your proposal if your company falls into any of these categories. Barnhart-Benson Builders, Inc., 2565 Alluvial Ave #112, Each bidder shall examine the "Plancheck" drawings as prepared for R.L. Davidson Architects dated 11/14/22, Laser Tech plans as prepared by R.L. Davidson Architects dated 7/2022, Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment dated 4/23/21, Lead-Based Paint Survey dated 7/6/22, Asbestos Survey dated 3/31/21 and Mold Sampling & Analysis dated 7/14/22, and shall examine the site. All bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, licenses, permits, and insurance to complete the project. All bidders shall be bound by the contract documents, to include the Drawings, Specifications, Wage Determinations, and all related requirements, documents and exhibits referenced therein. Each bidder is responsible to review and incorporate all subsequently issued Addendums prior to bid time., CA 93611 Attention of all bidders is specifically directed to the State of California PREVAILING WAGE compliance requirements. Applicable California State Prevailing Wage Rate Determination #FRE-2022-1, Residential Carpenter Wage Determination #R-23-31-1-2021-1E, Residential Electrician R-61-100-8-2021-1 and Residential Plumber: Fire Sprinkler Fitter R-204-669-1-2021-1A are available online or at our office. Formal Mandatory weekly wage reporting (in a form acceptable to the Owner) will be required and is a pre-requisite to payment! All bidders shall provide proof of insurance in the types and amounts required by the Owner-GC Contract Agreement and shall name Barnhart-Benson Builders, Inc., the Owner and its affiliates, the Design Professionals, Lender and the Fresno Housing Authority all as additional insureds. By submitting a proposal, bidders agree to enter into an Agreement utilizing the Barnhart-Benson Builders, Inc. standard form of Subcontract Agreement and General Conditions for Subcontractors (a copy of which is available upon request). Any questions about the project shall be directed to the Barnhart-Benson Builders, Inc. main office and SHALL NOT be directly presented to the Design Professionals. Any exclusions and clarifications to bid documents must accompany your bid.
