The Richland School District is seeking qualifications forArchitectural & Engineering Services from interested firms for design services on district-wide safety and security enhancements and various capital projects.Interested firms with recent comprehensive design experience involving feasibility and evaluation studies, modernization, renovation, additions, site development, safety and security enhancements and new construction projects specific to school districts are encouraged to submit qualifications. Firms must have knowledge of Washington State statutory regulations relating to public schools, OSPI SCAP processes, Chapter 39.80 RCW, Chapter 39.10 RCW, and High-Performance School Buildings Program. All firms including minority and women-owned firms, who are lawfully engaged in the practice of architecture and engineering under Chapter 18 RCW are encouraged to apply. To be considered, interested firms should submit six (6) printed copies and (1) electronic copy of their qualifications. The qualifications package may not exceed (25) pages of 8.5" x 11" size and with a font size of no less than 11-point.
