Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Acton, California. Design plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Plans call for a wildlife crossing at Newhall Pass. to restore connectivity between the Santa Susana Mountains and the San Gabriel Mountains. As of December 7, 2022, a feasibility study is being done for this project. Per the project contact, they are the principal architect on the project at this time. Architect Mark Thomas will be doing the schematic design which will take about a year. An RFP/Q for final design is anticipated to be issued approximately in June of 2024. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
