Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in La Joya, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of La Joya, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the City is soliciting proposals for Professional Services from qualified firms to perform as Engineering Services for the City of La Joya Water Treatment Plant. The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Project No. 14500 is being funded by the Texas Water Development Board. Respondents name and address must appear on the outside of the envelope. This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPAapproved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/VVBE) businesses. EPA rules require that applicants and prime contractors make a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to MNVBEs through demonstration of the six affirmative steps.
