The City of Camrose invites prospective qualifies electricity retailers to submit proposals to ultimately complete electricity procurement for all City owned facilities. Camrose is a City in central Alberta with a population of roughly 19,000 people. It owns and operates numerous streetlights, traffic lights, and other facilities. At present, the City has a total of 92 electricity meters using approximately 12,500 MWh per year. Interested proponents must email Brittany Wolbeck, Purchaser at bwolbeck@camrose.ca to receive a dropoff.camrose.ca link with the City of Camrose data including site listing, historical usage data, forecasted hourly use in aggregate, and 7x24 block schedule.
