Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Elkins, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Elkins, West Virginia, seeks an experienced natural surface trail planning and design team to master plan bike optimized trail systems on three properties (236 acres total) and design and flag up to 10 miles of bike optimized trails as a shovel-ready demonstration project. Virtual interviews will be conducted January 11, 2023. The selection process will be compressed with the intent to complete negotiations by January 31, 2023. Work is anticipated to commence in February 2023 and to be completed by early May 2023.
