The contractor shall provide labor and materials to renovate a specified area of building 1 to Replace Various Air Handling Units and Variable Air Volume Units. The contractor will be responsible for meeting all contract specifications for the VAMC. The project shall include coordination of the disconnection and removal of existing AHUs and VAVs, coordination of the reconnection and placement of new AHUs and VAVs, maintain existing HVAC requirements in occupied spaces during the removal and replacement of AHUs and VAVs, abate hazardous materials, and finishing the space for patient care.
