Your proposal must be submitted as described in the attached Request for Proposal. Additional documentation may be added if desired. Please review the entire package before submitting your proposal. Incomplete submissions may be rejected as non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible proposal with consideration for the total contractual costs.
