This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall install, connect, and activate a fully functional Fire Alarm Control Unit (FACU), In addition, add new and relocated fire alarm devices to the existing Central Fire Alarm Monitoring System (CMS) for the Health Care Facility Improvement Project. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, permits, licenses, insurance, bond, transportation, travel and per diem and every other expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL) at Central California Womens Facility, located at 23370 Road 22 Chowchilla, CA 93610.
