The County of Colusa (COUNTY) is requesting bids from licensed contractors for the installation of a concrete pad beneath a pergola This is a public works project subject to Department of Industrial Relations registration and payment of prevailing wage. The bid must be made on the bid forms furnished by the County. Each bid shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name, the bidders name, contractors license type and number, and expiration date. The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any bids. -Remove existing ground cover, level and prepare area for concrete pad, ensuring pad will be at grade of ground or slightly higher. -Form and pour 12’ x 15’ x 5” concrete pad with #3 rebar on 18” centers with a broom finish. Provide at least 1” base layer of #2 crushed gravel and compact. Concrete mix shall have a psi rating of 3500 (5.5 Sack). -Following cure time, remove forms and back fill dirt up to concrete pad edge. -Work area shall be kept in a safe manner
