The Imperial Valley Housing Authority will receive bids for the Dwelling Improvements Urethane Foam Roofing Replacement and Re-Seal Project, located at Rosson-Moore Housing Development. There shall be one (1) Base Bid. C. The project consists of one site located in the City of Brawley, California and County of Imperial as indicated on the drawings. D. The work consists generally of the removal of existing urethane foam roofing and replacing with new at four 4-plex type residential buildings and existing urethane foam roofing re-seal at six 4-plex type residential buildings. E. Documents are not available for review in the Owner's or Architect's office. K. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for Satisfactory Bonds as follows: (1) Performance & Labor/Material Bonds complying with the IVHA's Procurement Policy L. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder whose Bid meets the requirements of this Solicitation M.If equal bids are received from responsible Bidders, selection shall be made by drawing lots .
