Reference Number: AB-2022-06907 Contract Custodial for Darwell School Applications are requested for the care-taking of the Darwell School in the Darwell, Alberta. The contract will commence January 13, 2023. The contractor will: o provide his/her own equipment and cleaning supplies (paper products, garbage bags, ice melt and hand soap are supplied); o be responsible for general custodial services and minor grounds maintenance, including sidewalk snow removal in minor areas; o provide liability/bond insurance; o provide WCB coverage, and o provide Release of Results of Vulnerable Sector Check that is current within three (3) months for the contract holder and all employees, prior to the starting date of the Contract. Darwell School is a K - 7 school with a total of 2885.8 sq meters. The current total Contract price is $56,840.81 ($19.45/ sq m2), including sidewalk cleaning. GST is extra.
