The Work of this Contract is generally described as general construction of wastewater treatment facility buildings and basins including sitework, yard piping, structural, architectural, process piping and equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and instrumentation and control. The Project consists of constructing: Structure 300: Selector Structure - Three mixed selectors with influent junction box and effluent channel. Structure 400: Oxidation Ditch - Two ring oxidation ditch Structure 500: Plant Drain Pump Station Structure 610: Secondary Clarifier No. 1 - Circular clarifier to settle out biomass and collect biomass for return to the selector/oxidation ditch bioreactors to perform additional treatment. Structure 700: Process Building - Structure consisting of sludge pumping, UV disinfection equipment, and chemical dosing equipment. Structure 800: Biosolids Pump Building - Structure housing biosolids pump. Structure 810: Biosolids Storage - Tank for storage and mixing of biosolids. Structure 900: Administration Building - Structure consisting of office space, lab equipment, and garage space.
