Renovation of a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
1. Demo existing wall then extend other wall over per drawings 2. Demo old carpet and dispose of (at contractors own expenses) 3. Install new carpet (Carpet and glue provided by MAA) 4. Contractor to supply and install four pieces of FRB on back wall 5. Skim and paint walls (paint supplied by MAA) 6. Rework celling grid as needed if ceiling needs tile that will be the contractors responsibility to match and supply any needed ceiling tiles 7. Contractor shall supply cove base and glue per drawing 8. Contractor shall be responsible for their own parking expense 9. Contractor shall be responsible to follow all BWI security guidelines and procedures 10. Contactor shall be responsible for removing and discarding all trash and debris every day at own expense 11. Contractor is not to start the job until all materials have been procured and on site 12. Contractor shall be responsible for any damage and repairs caused by negligent on contractors part 13. Contractor shall be responsible to supply labor and materials unless noted other wise 14. Contractor shall be responsible to coordinate with lost and found personnel on work hours and gaining entry to perform work 15. This job has a 15-calendar day completion from the time the notice to proceed is issued All questions must be submitted in writing via email and received not later than December 28, 2022 10:00AM.
