The Work also includes mobilization/demobilization, traffic control, permitting and agency coordination, and other incidentals necessary to complete the playground Project. The Work shall reach Substantial Completion within four hundred fifty (450) Calendar Days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run. The Work shall reach Final Completion within four hundred eighty (480) Calendar Days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run.
