The intent of this RFP process is to select the most responsive and responsible Bidder and establish a one (1) year contract with an option to extend for up to two (2) additional 1-year periods based on satisfactory service/performance and selected Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Bidders must comply the required EPA and Cal/OSHA regulations noted in the Scope of Work (Attachment E)
