Gor OMB/DFM Contract No. MJ0208000002CR - New Sussex County Family Court Building - Bid Pack 1R Project involves, but is not limited to, sitework including site demolition and utilities, providing and installing concrete foundations and slabs, elevators, deep foundations for the parking garage and precast concrete for the parking garage on the existing site located in Georgetown, Delaware. This is a construction management project. Reference the contract number and Bid Package you are interested in bidding. Upon registering, the bidder will receive electronic access to the bidding documents via an email notice. It is the responsibility of each bidder to review and coordinate all project documents. This includes plans, specifications, and addendums.
