This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Project Timeline Estimated start date for this project is March 2023. Estimated end date for this project is November 2023. Start date may vary as it is dependent upon completion of a prior Infrastructure Installation project. IA DOT project managers will communicate regularly with the awarded Contractor as this project nears. Bidders must provide a project completion timeline in their response detailing a completion date. Bidders should use the estimated start date of March 2023 to begin their timeline. Payment & Billing Items 1 & 2 (Mobilization and Traffic Control) may be invoiced and payed at project start. Items 3-11 will be invoiced and payed upon Iowa DOT's final acceptance of the entire project. All quantities are best estimates and could change once work commences.
